Shipping

We ship to: Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Europe and America.

*Notice for shipments with Customs at destination: export customs taxes must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Delivery times

-Peninsula: 1-2 business days (shipping cost €4.90)

-Balearic Islands: 2-4 business days (shipping cost €6.90)

-Canary Islands: 6-8 business days (shipping cost €11.90)

-Europe: 2-4 business days (shipping cost €12.90)

-America: 3-5 business days (shipping cost €29.90)

*Free shipping costs from €60 (Only valid for shipments to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands. Does not include Europe and America)

If you place your order before 1:00 p.m., on a business day, your order will ship that same day. If you do it after that time, your order will ship out the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m. or on a weekend will be shipped on Monday or the next business day, if it is a holiday.

Return and Refund Policy

Free returns!

You have up to 30 calendar days to make a return, from the date of receipt of the order.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns are free. IDKE is responsible for the return costs. A courier will pick up your package.

There are certain situations where returns will not be accepted:

-Garments with obvious signs of use

-Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts due to no fault of our error

-Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

Changes

We only replace items if there is a sizing error, faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@idke.es or contact us here: https://idke.es/contacto/

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal on products is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. In accordance with the Legislation on consumers and users. RDL 1/2007 of April 1 and its subsequent modifications.
